Reykjavik to Edinburgh
While the north-east of Iceland is embedded in clouds, after
take off from Reykjavik,
we still enjoy a clear sky saying good by to Island. Ahead of
us 5 hours of water and solid overcast. No chance to use Vagar
as an alternate because of dense fog. Thus the route takes us
direct from Reykjavik to Stornoway and over the Outer Hebrides
and Inverness to Edinburgh.

After hours of clouds the first glimpse at terra firma of the Outer Hebrides.

Edinburgh, the castle. A majestic landmark which dominates the
capital city's skyline. Perched on an extinct volcano and offering
stunning views, this instantly recognizable fortress is a powerful
national symbol, and part of Edinburgh's World Heritage site.

Quick procedure but which way?
